As the saying goes, “it is better to see once than to hear a hundred times”, leading fresh graduates to the factory workshops for on-site learning and experience is the best way to let them understand production, products and mutual work links. Walking into Netis workshop series activities is an immersive experience, which enables fresh graduates participating in the training to see, perceive and experience the beauty of new intelligent manufacturing, and witness the whole process of how a pile of spare parts arrive at the complete machine, enter the warehouse, leave the warehouse, and circulate to the market.

Check the Quality of Raw Materials to Strictly Control Product Quality

The quality of products depends largely on the quality of raw materials, which are one of the important factors affecting product quality. The Quality Department strictly controls the incoming inspection of raw materials to ensure that all incoming raw materials meet the requirements. Under the leadership of the Quality Engineer, fresh graduates understood the whole workflow of analysis and handling of abnormal quality of incoming materials, analysis of reasons for the abnormal quality, following up results and corresponding improvements.

Watch the Automatic Mount Process and Experience New Intelligent Manufacturing

SMT (surface mount technology) is an electronic assembly technology that uses professional automatic assembly equipment to directly mount and weld surface mounted components to the surface of circuit boards. It is the most popular technology and process in the electronic manufacturing industry at present, which can help electronic manufacturers cope with the production pressure of “multiple products and small batches” to meet personalized requirements of the market. At present, Jiangxi factory is equipped with12 high-speed full-automatic SMT production lines with a cost of 10 million, which are all imported from Japan and Germany. “Only do things as your capacity allows”. As an enterprise determined to contribute to China’s intelligent manufacturing, Netis has been paying attention to the introduction, digestion and breakthrough of new equipment and technologies.

Experience Process Design, Oriented by Customer Needs

The design of product appearance, the convenience of use, the stability of performance and the manufacturability are the key points for our staff of Engineering Department to think about and constantly improve every day. Under the leadership of the staff from Engineering Department, fresh graduates had a deep understanding of the current process manufacturing level of the factory, and how to combine product design with customer needs by using the current process level. Everyone on the site had a heated discussion.

Adhering to the Requirements of 16 Test Procedures，Pursuing Perfect Quality

In the testing workshop, from the standardized operation and requirements of each step of the 16 rigorous testing procedures, such as AOI testing, solder paste thickness testing, wire life testing, to the use and maintenance of testing instruments, fresh graduates started one by one to actually experience practical essentials to understand the impact of each step on product quality. It is precisely because of the adherence to every detail of quality that it is possible to deliver to users finished products meeting the requirements.

PART 2
Opening Up, Summarizing and Sharing
Applying What Have Learned and Making Continuous Progress

Summary and sharing is the best way to quickly absorb and digest knowledge. Fresh graduates shared their harvest and experience, saying that through the learning and training, they had a direct understanding of the work responsibilities and specific work organization forms of all departments of Jiangxi factory, the importance of communication and collaboration, and they would constantly reflect and summarize in their work to become a member contributive to the team. They also mentioned the problems such as communication gaps and untimely information transmission with Jiangxi colleagues due to geographical restrictions, but they also believed that the training and learning would promote the improvement and solution of relevant problems.

Xie Yue, Deputy General Manager of the Group, summarized the training and mentioned that the most important role of the activities was to get to know a group of partners in work, and achieve good communicate with each other, which will play a role of “lubricant” in future cooperation and work. He encouraged everyone to communicate with colleagues in other departments and different positions in addition to doing their own jobs well, continue to improve their interpersonal and work coordination skills, and enhance their comprehensive quality. Finally, Mr. Xie said that the communication manufacturing industry was in a rising stage of development, and everyone would have the opportunities to give play to their talents. He hoped the fresh graduates would gain and grow in Netis, and Netis would develop better with everyone efforts!

The Company hopes that through the training and study in the production base, the fresh graduates will have a more comprehensive understanding of the Company, base themselves on the actual situation of the Company, and inject new vitality and ideas into the Company and their own work; that they will build a two-way communication bridge through direct contact with colleagues in the factory to improve work coordination and efficiency; that they will understand the significance of each activity after participating in the training, and reflect it in the work, including the goals, strategies, teams, duties, responsibilities and execution.

The three-day training was successfully completed. Everyone learns through communication, grows up through experience and reaps through cooperation. We believe that the fresh graduates will be able to fulfill their duties and focus on their work to create new brilliance of Netis!
